Subtle, gentle yoga to get your body moving, increase body awareness, improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility to give your nervous system the support and tools to help with everyday life.
All levels of experience welcome.
Classes are 75 minutes.
Class minimum size 2 participants -
Class maximum 5 for morning, 8 for evening class.

· Preregistration required, space in class is limited.
· To receive a full refund for a class, classes must be cancelled 2 hours prior to start of class.
**If Cedar Leaf Wellness cancels for any reason, students will receive a full refund.**
· 10 class passes are valid on the day of purchase and are valid for 12 months
· 5 class passes are valid on the day of purchase and are valid for 12 months
· We reserve the right to change our rates, fees and discounts at any time
